Microsoft Office is a must have for your business
Microsoft Office is great for almost anything you can think of. In our business we create advertisements, financial documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for our clients that could not have been done without this program.
Pros
Microsoft Office is a software with a broad range of uses that are very necessary to operate our business. With Office we are able to create spreadsheets, word documents, charts and even presentations or emails. Microsoft Office is a complete setup that is very easy to learn, implement, and install across all company devices. During any given week I alone may create 5-10 new documents, whether on Excel, or Word. I use these programs daily and I would not be able to complete my job in an efficient manner if it were not for this program.
Cons
Microsoft Office can have a lot of details within its programs that must be learned to maximize it's benefits. It would be very difficult to completely learn all the function of each of it's programs and it may not all be needed for what you are doing, but when you do need to learn something new it can be an adventure.
