One of the best email clients

If you have multiple email accounts and need to manage them all from a single tool Microsoft Outlook is your best option. With it you will be able to schedule all your activities and be up to date with your work.

Pros

I have used Outlook for a while and I can say that it is one of the best email clients that exist, when you see it for the first time you can think that it is more complex than others clients but once you start using it you realize how powerful it can be.

It is user-friendly and also understandable for beginners. All that is essential is found very much in one location. .

Cons

Sometimes configuration of an email service becomes tedious. It requires some technical skills to configure multiple email accounts. It is not very easy to configure multiple accounts.

A great email application

We use both mobile and client versions. It is a program where we manage all our e-mail tariffs and use our calendars and reminders. It would have been very difficult for us without Outlook. without the outlook, I would probably have post-it doors all over my desk and screen, and I would keep my notes there. This is much more than a mail application. Because it has more features than sending and receiving mail. With this application, we follow up whether our meeting rooms are empty or full. Even if we need these rooms, we reserve again through outlook.

Pros

It is a mail application that I use in every stage of my 20 years of work experience. I've used many different versions. I am currently using the 2019 version.

More than one profile can be defined.

If you have the spelling checker, you may end up typing incorrectly with the grammar checker.

The menus are very tidy and very simple .Everything at hand.

Menus can be customized according to user requirements.

It's easy to get dumped from the printer and very fast.

Calendar feature is great!

Cons

It is certainly the best practice of what is most successful in its field I can't write a bad feature about the application.

Outlook a very useful email service for businesses

Taking into account that in a company the most preponderant is to establish a good communication system among employees to keep informed about organizational changes, failures, tasks and many other things, choosing one is not an easy task since, if it were to fail the communication, the operations of the company would become very complicated, so I would not recommend this email service. It offers several tools that make day-to-day things a bit easier, but there are other services that are lighter when loading, receiving and sending data, in addition to which if we have a minimum internet speed Outlook is not a good option.

Pros

What I like about this application is that after going from Hotmail, which only offered us an email messaging service, to Outlook, it had a restructuring in terms of practical tools that are needed daily and not necessarily in the computer.

Cons

What I do not like is that as they added more tools: Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Skype, calendars, among others the service became much slower than before and the inclusion of advertisements that make the interface more compressed, lacks a good social network and other gadgets.
